Preserving Sioux City’s Peirce Mansion: Meet the volunteers behind the renovations
(KTIV) - Preserving Peirce Mansion is no small task, and over the last decade, a group of men have taken on the role of “construction crew.”
Don Duzik, one of the volunteers said, “We’ve done just about everything.”
It’s a team of five men: Keith Ashmore, Ron Colling, Don Duzik, Doug Macfarlane, and Jeff Olson, all working on the Mansion’s “Property and Projects Conditions Crew,” as part of the Peirce Mansion Committee.
