Uncovering the influential legacy of Black women in Sioux City

Sioux City Journal - For the past few years, filmmaker Jim Tillman has been documenting the role that Black Sioux Cityans have had on local music and athletics.

Using both old footage as well as new interviews, the veteran director said he wanted to archive this history for future generations.
